Enjoy unique fermented yakiniku at Jokuto Fermented Grill Today I went to Red Earth Fermented Grill in Yongsan, a place I've been wanting to try! One of Seoul's three major samgyeopsal restaurants, it's been visited by HYBE idols like BTS, TXT, and LE SSERAFIM, as well as many other celebrities. Their signature dish, Salted Fish Samgyeopsal, is fermented in a red earth pot, marinated in Korean salted fish and a special sauce. Salted fish and meat? I couldn't imagine it, but when I tried it, the meat was soft and sweet and salty with a hint of saltiness (not fishy at all!). They grill it before serving, so there was no mess, and my clothes didn't get smelly, which was a plus. The jjigae was delicious, and the cold soba noodles had a fragrant aroma of perilla oil, which I love.♡ The yangnyeom dipped in meat also had a variety of flavors to choose from, and the texture was great, so that was another plus! I've been hearing a lot about aged meat lately, so I wondered what it was like here? But it's true that this is more fermentation than aging. It's made in a red clay pot that's unique to this place, which apparently has an excellent effect in accelerating fermentation. Everyone should try Choksamgyup! ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ 📍적토발효구이 | Red Clay Fermented Grill 65-157, Hangang-ro 3-ga,
